But after spending under £100 it looks like something straight out of a boutique hotel[/caption]
Before the transformation the bathroom was in serious need of some TLC but after Karen applied a fresh coat of paint and some chic accessories it looks straight out of a boutique hotel.
Captioning her post she wrote: “My Boutique bathroom makeover for under £100, painted the tiles, changed the bath panel into tongue and groove and painted that, used some left over laminate from our conservatory for the floor.
“I’m so pleased with it I’m moving on to paint my 25 year old fitted wardrobe!”
The 54-year-old from the Isle of Wight used a Frenchic paint from the Alfresco range in the colour Smudge to repaint her bathroom.
Karen even has her tablet mounted on the wall so she can watch movies[/caption]
She also replaced the cracked panel in front of the bath with the tongue and groove feature.
She picked up her statement mirror from The Range for just £54.99 with 10 per cent off as it was slightly damaged.
Karen had previously mounted her tablet on the bathroom wall so that she could enjoy watching movies in the bath.
