A teenage boy has been accused of raping a girl while onlookers laughed and filmed the attack without taking any action to stop the horrific assault.
Aiden Cicchetti, 17, initially denied raping the girl tin Nevada, USA, but after police confronted him with footage of the attack, he broke down in tears, according to an arrest report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
In one of the harrowing videos detailed in the arrest report, the unnamed girl tearfully begs “no, no, no” as the teen allegedly rapes her.
According to police, the short clips showed her “barely conscious” and telling Cicchetti to “stop”.
The alleged sexual assault occurred after the victim went on a night out with a group of friends on a “party bus” where she met someone named Aiden.

The victim told the police she was “dizzy and nauseous” with blurred vision after the pair took shots and drank from an unidentified bottle of liquor provided by Cicchetti.
She said she remembers leaving a house party in Henderson, Nevada, and walking towards her car.
According to Nevada police, the three videos included in the arrest report show her in the back seat of her car with Cicchetti allegedly performing sexual acts.
In the background, others laughed while making no effort to intervene as they film the alleged assault.
The girl claims she later woke up in Cicchetti’s kitchen in the early hours of the morning, covered with only a blanket and without trousers or underwear.
She finally returned home around 3:40 am. He later referred to them having sex in a private message, police documents stated.
Someone later sent her videos of the incident and wrote: “LMAO look what I found on my phone”.
The girl, who has not been identified, later told friends about the incident as well as a school wellness counselor before reporting her ordeal to the police.
The incident took place in late March, but details only emerged in the arrest report obtained last week.
According to those records, Cicchetti has now been charged with three counts of sexual assault.
According to a police report, Cicchetti’s mother — an attorney — was with him in police interviews when he started to cry, admitting he was the person in the videos with the girl.
But the Las Vegas teen has insisted that the sex was consensual — even claiming that friends of the girl allegedly “forced him” to have sex with her.
Cicchetti told police he was sober enough to control his actions, despite admitting he was intoxicated and had blurred vision.
The teen’s attorney, Ross Goodman, has also stated the sexual encounter between the pair was consensual and that there was no evidence the girl “was incoherent or otherwise blacked out”.
Cicchetti was initially taken to juvenile hall and booked into Clark County Detention Center. He has since been released on bail and will appear in court on June 21.
Last Wednesday Cicchetti, made a first appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court and was released on his own recognizance — with a requirement to “stay out of trouble” and not to contact the girl.
