A member of the Royal Navy has been taken unwell during a presentation of the Royal Victorian Order by King Charles II. Royal Navy personnel are being given the order as recognition for their part in Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral procession. The monarch is hosting a special parade and medal presentation at Windsor Castle for over 150 military personnel.
