Phillip Schofield, 58, told fans on his Instagram stories that it’s “important” people “don’t judge” as he reshared a post from pilates instructor Jo Tuffrey. In the image, a darkened silhouette can be seen leaning forward on a chair while looking deep in thought.
His message to fans, came after the popular daytime presenter is set to release a “tell-all” autobiography that will discuss his coming out.
The caption on the image read: “Don’t judge people. You never know kind of battle they are fighting (sic).”
He wrote alongside the shared quote: “So important Jo.”
The star has spent lockdown writing his memoir after reportedly being offered £1.5million for the book by publishers, according to The Sunday Mirror.

Back in February of this year, Phillip announced he was gay as he let Holly Willoughby read out a statement while on This Morning.
