Kate Middleton's £1,300 dress honours Canada as she and William make royal tour promise

The video was posted to the KensingtonRoyal Twitter account. It was posted alongside the caption: “On Canada Day we say thank you to frontline workers across the country for your amazing work protecting and supporting your communities.”

Her make-up was natural, with a brown eyeshadow, mink-coloured blusher and a brown lip gloss.

During the call, Prince William told Canadian health workers: “I hope Catherine and I can come and visit you guys one day and say that to you in person.”

Kate Middleton and Prince William’s first overseas royal tour was to Canada in July 2011, shortly after their wedding.

They toured the country again in September 2016.

For this visit they took their two children, Prince George, six, and Princess Charlotte, five.

They now have Prince Louis, two. Who knows? Maybe Louis will be on the next tour.

Kate Middleton’s Canadian tour looks were thought to be the epitome of diplomatic dressing by many.

She wore the colours of the Canadian flag, white and red.

One ensemble featured a red fascinator with the Canadian symbol of the maple leaf.

She also borrowed the Queen’s diamond Maple Leaf Brooch.

The brooch was owned by The Queen Mother, who loaned it to her daughter the then-Princess Elizabeth for a trip to Canada in 1951.

Kate Middleton’s lithe figure is the envy of many. What is her diet plan?
