Harry and Meghan have “nothing left to say” and will stop doing interviews or creating content discussing the Royal Family, it is understood. Former BBC presenter Andrew Neil reported on Twitter that sources close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said the pair will no longer make self-referential Spotify podcasts or tell-all Netflix documentaries, and will no longer publish memoirs, or be involved in interviews. Mr Neil described the development as a “good news story”.

He wrote on Twitter: “Sources close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex say the pair will stop making self-referential podcasts for Spotify, tell-all Netflix documentaries — plus no more publishing memoirs and sitting down for interviews discussing the royal family, as they have ‘nothing left to say’.”
It comes just two days after Meghan’s podcast Archetypes was dropped by Spotify following a “mutual” agreement.
The podcast reportedly failed to produce enough content to justify the £15million payout that was agreed when the couple signed with Spotify in 2020.
A joint statement by Archewell, Meghan and Harry’s media company, and Spotify, announced that they had “mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together”, the New York Post reported.
Although Meghan and Harry will be stopping self-referential content, their company Archewell is likely to create a range of media.
It is understood that Harry and Meghan will aim to create more “light-hearted” fiction material.
They are said to have several enjoyable series in the pipeline, including “feel good” programmes.
Earlier this year, a source told the Telegraph: “There will be more of a heavy focus on fictional, scripted content.”
The pair are also believed to be leaning into other projects with Meghan reportedly being close to signing a deal with Dior as she focuses on “rebranding”.
